camp tuition

Camp tuition is $160 for the 8:30am to 4:30pm camp day. To reserve a place in camp for your child a $50 non-refundable deposit per session is required at the time of registration. Final payments are due prior to attending session.

*A 10% tution discount is available for Military, Baystate and City of Chicopee employees.

vouchers

The Arbors Camp can accept a limited number of NEFW vouchers.

confirmation

Confirmation for camps will be sent for all deposits.

health form requirement

A completed physical form, with date of exam and up-to-date immunizations is required for all campers according to the state regulations. Physical exam date must be within 24 months of camp date. Please mail this form with your final payment. We must have this form for your child to attend camp.

registration

Please download the registration form, the emergency card and all other appropriate forms. You can download, print them out and mail or bring your registration forms and deposit to The Arbors Camp.

Bring your registration form and deposit to The Arbors Camp weekdays between 10am and 4pm.

payment options:
Make checks out to The Arbors Camp and mail or bring in person the first week of camp. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted when paying in person at The Arbors Camp.
