camp tuition

Camp tuition is $140 per 6 hour session or $155 per 9 hour session. To reserve a place in camp for your child a $50 non-refundable deposit per session is required at the time of registration. Final payments are due by June 20, 2008.

Swimming tuition is $20 per week for campers. Please call if you have any questions or require additional information (413) 593-6311. Swimming is part of the overall camp experience; however swimming lessons are an additional cost.

The Arbors Camp can accept a limited number of NEFW vouchers.

By mail:
Mail in the registration forms along with your non-refundable $50 deposit (per session) to The Arbors Camp.

Fill out the registration form and fax to (413) 593-6360. mail or bring your deposit to The Arbors Camp.

In person:
Bring your registration forms and deposit to The Arbors Camp weekdays between 10am and 4pm.

Confirmation for camps will be sent for all deposits with an informational packet.

sun protection

Please apply one coat of sunscreen to children before arrival at camp each day.

health form requirement

A completed physical form, with date of exam and up-to-date immunizations is required for all campers according to the state regulations. Physical exam date must be within 24 months of camp date. Please mail this form with your final payment. We must have this form for your child to attend camp.
