Please pay attention to our drop off and pick up procedures
We understand the importance of getting to work on time and to help the
flow of drop off we need your complete patience and cooperation. Please have all forms completed and money ready before drop off. If
you do not have everything ready before drop off, then please allow
yourself time to park.*Please note that pre camp will run from 6:30 to 8:25 at The Arbors Kids and post camp will be held from 4:30 to 5:30 under the covered pavillion.
Drop off: Arrival to camp is 8:30.
All Campers are to arrive at The Arbors Kids parking lot. There you will follow the cones to your drop off area. Campers will be let out of the vehicle by an Arbors Camp staff member. At this time it is important to have information, paperwork or payments ready, again this will help keep the flow of drop off smooth.If you do need to see someone pertaining to paperwork or payments, please park in the designated areas and walk up to our front picnic table.
Pick up: Dismissal from camp is 4:30.
All campers will be picked up at The Arbors Kids parking lot. There will be designated cones to pick up your child. An Arbors Camp counselor/staff will bring your child to your car.Please be aware that there is a charge for late pick up. Click here to see Pre Camp and Post Camp policy.
