traditional summer camp
Our traditional summer camp offers FUN activities and events designed to keep campers engaged in a variety of adventures and activities including: swimming, arts and crafts, board games, Frisbee, camp songs, capture the flag, nature walks, scheduled entertainment and field trips. Campers will also have the ability to participate in competitive and non-competitive sports like three-legged races, kick ball, dodge ball, soccer, basketball, baseball, Nerf football and Archery. Every camp week will have a special theme of activities and events. These themes are listed here along with other special days. Each camper will receive an Arbors Camp t-shirt and water bottle.camp facilities
The Arbors Camp is adjacent to The Arbors Kids and conveniently located on Memorial Drive in Chicopee. These camp facilities include beautiful, well-maintained playing fields and a swimming pool with enclosed cabana. The large picnic pavilion provides a shady place for non-sport activities as well as a cool area for snacks and lunch. The pavilion's open sides can be closed during inclement weather. The Pavilion out in the field is open and for the oldest kids at camp for shade, lunch time, and Journal Writing.camp staff
The Arbors Camp will provide an experienced staff of directors, coaches and counselors. All camp staff are certified and have undergone criminal background checks. Our excellent camper-to-staff ratio will ensure a fun and safe camp experience for your child.camp hours
Camp: 8:30am – 4:30pmCamp runs daily Monday through Friday and provides a full 8 hour session.
Pre Camp: 6:30am – 8:30am
Additional $5 per week
($15 per week if not registered in advance)
Pre Camp is available every day. Children who attend this morning program will be able to play board games, make arts and crafts and have extra time to socialize with their friends in a supervised environment.
Post Camp: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Additional $5 per week

Post Camp is available every day. Children who attend this afternoon program will be able to participate in quiet games, arts and crafts or play outdoor and field games in a supervised environment.
lunch/snack
All campers can bring their own lunch and snack to camp each day. For safety reasons, please do not send peanut butter, due to potential allergies, or glass bottles. Lunch is also offered at $4.00 per day. The menu can be found here.sun protection
Please apply one coat of sunscreen, SPF 15 or greater, to children before arrival at camp each day. Parents must also supply sunscreen to re-apply during the day.check-in and check-out
All campers are required to check-in and check-out with staff every day. No child will be allowed to leave without an adult from the child's pick up list with picture ID. Please advise staff if your child will be picked up by someone other than the parent.The Arbors Camp is an ACA member and is licensed through the Department of Health.
